How is commission calculated?

• Your commission is paid based on the terms specified in the agreement.
• If a student withdraws from their course and receives a refund for their fees, your commission will be reduced accordingly.

What are the payment dates?

• Your commission statement will be sent to you within 2 months of new students signing enrollment contracts and paying tuition.
• Once you have confirmed the details to be correct, payment will be processed within 30 working days.
• No commissions will be paid before the student has arrived at the school, enrolled in the chosen course of study, and paid their tuition fees in full for at least the first term of study. If tuition fees are not received by this date, any commissions payment due will be paid in the next payment period.
• If a student pays the full year's fees upfront, the commission will also be paid for the full year.

How will I receive payment?

• You will be able to receive payment via bank transfer to the account specified in the agreement.

When will my commissions rate be reviewed?

• Your commission rate will be reviewed annually with your account manager from FCIS. Your remuneration scheme is fixed on an academic year basis, so it will be applicable from the signing date through to the following August 31st.

What about my branch accounts?

• If you have requested that all commissions be paid through a specific office, this will be arranged for you. A breakdown of this will be clearly visible on your commissions statement. For compliance reasons, contracts must be in place with that particular office before any transactions can be made.

What about students who are continuing their studies with FCIS?

• FCIS has adopted a one-time commission policy, which means you will not receive any commissions for students classified as 'Continuers' .
