Application review and appointment scheduled. (Appointment date usually falls two to three days after step 1 is completed). The interview and assessment can be completed in-person or virtually, except for the Cognitive Abilities Test.
The Admissions decision would take a day or two working days. Parents will receive the offer within
that duration, followed by the invoice. Parents should complete the payment within the specified deadline upon receiving the notice and send the payment record to the FCIS Finance Department. (For cross-border bank transfers, any service fees incurred will be borne by the parents.)
The Student Affairs Department at FCIS will assist families with the application for student and
guardian passes. Once enrollment is confirmed through payment, a representative from the
department will contact parents to provide guidance and handle the submission of the application to the immigration authorities on their behalf. Please find the link to the visa checklist to help with your preparation.
The Admissions Department will share orientation details and first-day information with parents four weeks prior to the first day of school to support a smooth transition. We look forward to welcoming students on the designated start date as they begin their academic journey with us.

Yes, FCIS accepts enrollments throughout the school year and supports families who relocate to Johor Bahru due to job transfers or other circumstances, ensuring a smooth transition for your child.
Yes, FCIS accepts students from IB, IGCSE, national and other curricula, with placements reviewed to ensure a smooth transition.
Yes, FCIS offers English as an additional language (EAL) to students with limited English proficiency at three levels: iEAL, aEAL, and EAL. These levels of support are available at an additional fee.
EAL support is provided alongside regular classes, allowing students to learn within the mainstream program while receiving additional help.
