Movember at FCIS brought our community together to learn, reflect, and take steps toward better health and wellbeing.
We kicked off with a Men’s Health Forum led by Dr. Zainal, who discussed men’s health challenges, encouraged regular check-ins, and raised awareness about testicular cancer.
The month also featured a friendly Basketball Shoot Challenge and a relaxing Yoga Time session, keeping minds and bodies active.
All this built up to The Shave Off, where our “bros” shaved their mos in solidarity and to raise awareness for men’s health.
Movember reminded us that good health is about learning, staying active, connecting, and caring for ourselves.
