# FCIS Leadership, Programmes and University Results

## Who leads FCIS?

Matthew Taylor Bott became Head of School in April 2026 and is also identified as Director of Boarding. The published senior leadership team includes the Lower School Principal, Upper School Principal and operational leaders.

## Who leads university counselling?

Gringo Jusa is the Director of University Counseling. The official biography states that he holds a master's degree from Harvard University and a master's degree in English from the University of Malaya. His work supports academic planning, university research, applications, scholarships and student decision-making.

## What specialist programmes are described by FCIS?

Current public curriculum pages describe programme areas including:

## What AP results are public?

FCIS publishes a dedicated Advanced Placement Results page covering every AP exam sat by FCIS students from 2022 to 2025. Across that four-year period, students sat 230 exams in 25 subjects.

- 162 of 230 exams (70%) scored 4 or 5.
- 95 of 230 exams (41%) earned the top score of 5.
- Top scores were recorded in 21 of the 25 subjects examined.
- In the strongest reported year, 31 of 35 exams (89%) scored 4 or 5.

## What university results are public?

FCIS publishes a dedicated 2025–2026 University Offers page. It reports a first wave of offers for 14 students and identifies universities in the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, the United States, Hong Kong, New Zealand and Europe.
